SeaHorse XFe-24
The Agilent Seahorse XFe24 Analyzers are designed to measure the oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) of live cells using a 24-well plate format.
These measurements are crucial for assessing mitochondrial respiration, glycolysis, and ATP production rates. By analyzing OCR and ECAR, researchers gain a comprehensive understanding of cellular metabolic function in both cultured cells and ex-vivo samples.
